- 21 gun salute from Victory Square
- One lap cross country classic through the balmy trails of Stanley Park: View map (PDF)
- This is participation for all plodders, joggers, and those who have just discovered the wonders of health and fitness, as well as for the fleet of foot
- Awards reception, draw prizes, food & beverages at Brockton Pavilion

Awards / Medals / Ribbons
- Masters Trophies to first woman and man overall, plus medals top three: 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75–79, 80+
- Open & X-C Series race: Age 39 & under. Medals 1st – 5th place.
- Team Challenge: 3 members per team. Women's, Men's, Mixed. All team members to register individually. Prizes to top team.

in partnership with Athletics Canada, has been sponsoring an annual National Track & Field Championship (NTFC) and Training Camp for youth aged 12-17.
