June 22 Results COQUITLAM: 7:15 pm, 300 Hurdles – Youth, 100, 400, 1500, 200, 800, 20km Walk. (7:30 pm. Hammer, 8:00 pm Shot Put, Javelin, Discus, Long Jump)
June 29 Results SFU: 7:00 pm 100, 400, 1500, 200, 800, Elite Men's 1500, 3,000. (6:30 pm Long Jump, Javelin, Shot Put)
July 6 Results SWANGARD: 6:45 pm (Hurdles 60, JD 80, & 100, 110, 200, 300, 400), 100, 400, 1500, 200, 1000, 3,000, (6:30 pm Long Jump, High Jump, Javelin, SP, Discus)

Entries: 6:00 pm. Participants should register at least 30 minutes prior to their event.
 
Cost: Enter as many events as you like for $12.00 BC Athletics Member (All Types) or equivalent from another Province/State/Country Athletics/Track & Field Association for 2010. $15.00 Non members.
 
Event Order: Rolling time schedule. Fast sections go first. One section or event follows the previous. Other events may be added. Some events, if requested, will be gender separated. Please bring your own starting blocks and throwing implements. Throwing implements will be weighed and certified.

These meets are open to anyone wishing to participate. All ages / abilities. Mixed performances are not eligible for Records, International Standards or National/Provincial Team Selection. Mixed performances in Provincial/National Rankings will be noted as occurring in mixed events.

There will be a draw each night, after the 100m, for a $25 gift certificate to the Running Room and a draw on the last night after the 100m, for a $100 certificate.
